Refund Policy

Last updated: 17 October 2026

This policy covers Invoice Maker Premium bought on our website or in the Invoice Maker desktop app. The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Who handles your payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, handles tax, and issues refunds. Your bank or card statement will show a charge from Paddle.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with Premium, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a payment. This applies to every plan — monthly, every 6 months and yearly — and to both your first payment and renewals. You don't need to give a reason.

After 14 days, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it.

How to ask for a refund

Do either of these within 14 days of the payment:

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Paddle usually processes them within a few business days. Your bank may take 5–10 more business days to show it. When a refund is made, Premium ends on that subscription and your account goes back to the free plan. Your data stays on your computer.

Purchases made through Google Play

If you bought Premium inside the Android app, the payment was made through Google Play, not Paddle. Those refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Ask Google Play for the refund, or contact us and we'll help.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. For example, customers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases.
